Job summary

Zwift is seeking a hands-on Training Specialist to build and maintain training for our Community Support team, remote‑eligible in the US. You’ll help keep the curriculum current as products and policies evolve and train frontline agents for new launches.

In this role you’ll own Seismic (our LMS), run audits with SMEs, and lead train‑the‑trainer sessions with global teams and BPO partners. You’ll stay accurate, adaptable, and thoughtful about AI use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of instructional design, training, or learning and development experience.
• Experience creating eLearning and instructor-led training with ADDIE or similar models (Articulate, Camtasia).
• Familiar with Kirkpatrick or similar training-effectiveness model.

Responsibilities

• Develop new eLearning and instructor-led training to support launches and updated policies.
• Build and deploy refresh training based on QA results or performance data.
• Host train-the-trainer sessions for seasonal classes and rollout updates.
• Audit training materials with SMEs to catch inaccuracies or missing information.
• Build relationships with SME trainers, partner teams, and BPO leaders.
