360Learning is seeking a Trainer to be the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team. You empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology, ensuring they don’t just use the software but master it to drive long-term engagement.

Within 1–12 months you will master the platform UX, host Stadium webinars, share updates with the team, and mentor new Trainers while contributing to our knowledge base and global

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care.
• Excellent listening and teaching skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proactive in a results-oriented culture.
• Past experience in the learning industry is a plus.
• Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French (writing).

Responsabilités

• Own and master the Platform's core UX and the Collaborative Learning methodology.
• Host Stadium webinars and Academy workflows; iterate to improve engagement.
• Shadow existing programs and contribute to internal knowledge bases (Confluence).
• Mentor new Trainers and develop scalable learning paths and toolkits.
