RealTime eClinical Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver advanced, scalable training programs across RealTime’s product lines. You will partner with product and customer success teams to build materials, run virtual sessions, and maintain curriculum in the RealTime University/LMS.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in training/curriculum development, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex tech into accessible learning content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training and curriculum development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and design thinking skills.
• Translating complex technical concepts into logical learning content.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced climate.

Responsibilities

• Master RealTime, Devana Solutions, and Complion product lines.
• Develop and maintain training materials in multiple modalities.
• Lead regular virtual training sessions with customers.
• Create and update curriculum in RealTime University/LMS.
• Train customers and internal teams on updates.
• Onboard Training/LMS Specialists with policies and product knowledge.
• Document and measure trainer program effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative, efficient team environment.
• Coordinate with product teams on value propositions.
• Share best practices and resolve problems.
• Improve processes to serve customers and productivity.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI.
