Job summary

Southwest Power Pool Inc. is seeking a Lead Training Developer (Remote Eligible) to advance learning strategy across the organization.

The role leads a cross-functional team of eLearning Developers, Instructional Designers, and Training Specialists to deliver scalable, data-informed training aligned with business goals. The candidate will drive standards, collaborate with SMEs and technical teams, and continuously improve learning outcomes using evidence-based practices and AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, and Training Facilitation.
• Professional certifications in instructional design or related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise learning solutions that improve employee capability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the learning team.
• Lead complex learning initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Establish and maintain standards for instructional design, accessibility, branding, and QA.
