Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution for participation in 65+ industry events annually.

The role collaborates with the Director of Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications. The position supports the event lifecycle from registration to post-event reconciliation, with occasional travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years coordinating trade shows and corporate events; high-volume event experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, contracts, shipping and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually, aligning with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, requirements and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, returns, and service orders; partner with organizers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate branded apparel, promotional materials, giveaways, booth assets, and other materials for events.
• Assist in planning sales meetings, training events, and continuing education programs.
