Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for 65+ industry events annually, including national, regional, and state shows, meetings, and CE programs.

The role partners with the Director of Brand Engagement and Marketing to translate objectives into plans, timelines, and logistics. This is a remote position open to residents across the United States with up to 20% travel.

Formación

• Strong project management, planning, and follow-through.
• 65+ event coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of trade shows and events across national and regional venues.
• Coordinate research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, and deadlines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, and post-event reconciliation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor budgets, track milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.
