Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of participation in more than 65 industry events annually across national, regional, and state trade shows, meetings, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually to align with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, return shipments, and service orders.
• Collaborate with vendors and organizers to resolve issues and support execution.
• Coordinate branded materials, apparel, giveaways, and other event assets.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across trade shows.
