Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s participation in 65+ industry events annually.

The role partners with Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into actionable plans and on-site delivery. The position is remote, requires up to 20% travel, and involves managing budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event reconciliation to maximize value from event

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years coordinating trade shows and events; high-volume experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, and return shipments.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support execution.
• Ensure brand consistency across trade shows and event touchpoints.
