Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of participation in 65+ industry events annually. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate objectives into plans, timelines, and attendee communications.

You will manage the event lifecycle from registration to on-site readiness and post-event reconciliation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and brand consistency across events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Five or more years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, and returns, plus related service orders.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support successful execution.
