Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 5+ years coordinating trade shows, conferences, or large events; high-volume event experience preferred.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and attendees.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and execution of 65+ trade shows and events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, returns, and service orders.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful events.
• Coordinate branded materials, apparel, giveaways, booth assets, and attendee materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all trade shows and event touchpoints.
• Assist in planning sales meetings, training events, and continuing education programs.
• Research venues, hotels, and meeting spaces; manage budget, negotiations, and venue details.
• Track commitments, milestones, and logistics for smooth delivery.
• Maintain centralized event calendar, vendor records, and sponsorships; monitor expenses.
