Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to plan, coordinate and execute participation in over 65 veterinary industry events annually. The role partners with Brand Engagement, Marketing and Sales to align objectives, timelines and attendee communications.

Travel may be required up to 20% and the position is remote with state residency requirements. You will manage the event lifecycle from research and registration through on-site execution and post-event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• Five+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, conferences or similar programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and on-site execution for 65+ industry events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements and requirements.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics: shipping, setup, AV, materials, and attendee communications.
• Monitor budgets, vendor negotiations, and post-event reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams throughout the process.
