Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for 65+ industry events annually, including national, regional, and state trade shows and meetings.

You will partner with the Director of Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross‑functional teams to translate event objectives into plans, timelines, and logistics. This remote role requires strong project management, vendor relationships, and budget discipline, with up to 20%

Qualifications

• Strong project management, planning, and follow-through to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, and meetings with high event volume.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post‑event reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams; veterinary/animal health industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in 65+ trade shows and industry events annually, aligning with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, transport, setup, returns, and related service orders.
• Collaborate with event organizers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate branded apparel, promotional materials, giveaways, booth assets, and attendee materials.
• Ensure consistent, professional presentation of the Midwest Veterinary Supply brand at all events.
• Support budget planning, vendor sourcing, and negotiations to balance quality, attendee experience, and cost.
