Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Event Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of participation in 65+ industry events annually, including national, regional, and state veterinary trade shows, meetings, and continuing education programs.

You will partner with the Director of Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate event goals into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications, manage budgets, and drive

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other business teams; veterinary/animal health industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and operational execution of participation in 65+ industry events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, returns, and related service orders.
• Collaborate with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful execution.
