Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of participation in 65+ industry events annually, including national and regional veterinary trade shows, sales meetings, and continuing education programs.

The role partners with the Director of Brand Engagement and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years coordinating trade shows or large events.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications.
• Oversee booth logistics, shipping, setup, and post-event reconciliation.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure brand standards.
• Monitor budgets and expenses; support vendor sourcing and negotiations.
• Track milestones and post-event follow-ups.
