Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of 65+ industry events annually. You will manage end-to-end event lifecycle from research to post-event reconciliation, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams to maximize brand impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Five+ years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of 65+ trade shows and events annually.
• Coordinate research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, and deadlines.
• Manage booth logistics, shipping, setup, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and other departments.
• Track event budgets, vendor negotiations, and post-event reconciliation.
• Maintain centralized event calendar and documentation.
