Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of the company's presence at over 65 industry events annually, including national, regional, and state shows, sales meetings and continuing education programs.

This is a remote position with eligibility to reside in eligible states and up to 20% travel. You will partner with the Director of Brand Engagement, Marketing, and Sales to translate event objectives into clear plans, timelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong project management, planning, organization, and follow-through with multiple events.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, contracts, and post-event reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually in alignment with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, return shipments, and service orders.
• Partner with organizers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate apparel, promotional materials, and booth assets for event participants.
• Ensure brand consistency across trade shows and event touchpoints.
• Assist in planning sales meetings, training events, and continuing education programs.
