Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for over 65 industry events annually. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into clear plans, timelines, and attendee communications.

Remote role with occasional travel to meet business needs. The role emphasizes event strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across the event lifecycle, ensuring cost-effective,

Qualifications

• Strong project management, planning, organization, and follow-through with ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ trade shows and industry events annually, aligning with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, requirements, deliverables.
• Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, transportation, setup, returns, and related service orders.
• Collaborate with event organizers, service providers, and vendors to resolve issues and support execution.
• Coordinate branded apparel, promotional materials, giveaways, booth assets, and other participant materials.
• Ensure consistent, professional branding across trade shows and event touchpoints.
• Assist in planning sales meetings, training events, and continuing education programs; coordinate venues and accommodations.
• Track budgets, vendor sourcing and negotiations to balance quality, attendee experience and cost.
