The role partners with Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate objectives into plans and deliverables. This is a remote position with travel up to 20%, requiring strong project management and budget skills to ensure professional,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality.
• Five+ years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, or similar programs.
• Experience with vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, and post-event reconciliation.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams; B2B or veterinary industry a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of 65+ trade shows and industry events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, transportation, setup, return shipments, service orders.
• Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate branded materials, apparel, giveaways, and booth assets.
• Assist in planning sales meetings, training events, and continuing education programs.
• Monitor expenses, support budgeting, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and post-event reconciliation.
