Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution for over 65 industry events annually, aligning with Marketing and business priorities.

The role partners with the Director of Brand Engagement and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into clear plans and on-site readiness. Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and post-event reconciliation, with travel up to 20% and a remote-work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, transportation, setup, and post-event reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and other departments to align event goals and timelines.
• Monitor expenses, track milestones, and ensure smooth delivery; handle post-event follow-up.
