Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Trade Show & Event Manager to lead planning and execution for over 65 industry events annually.

You will coordinate research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables, while ensuring cost-effective, high-quality participation. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications, managing from registration to post-event

Qualifications

• Five or more years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• B2B or veterinary/animal health industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, organizers, and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ industry events annually.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, returns, and service orders.
• Partner with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-brand, cost-effective events.
• Track budgets, vendor negotiations, and post-event reconciliation and reporting.
