Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution for participation in 65+ veterinary industry events annually. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate event objectives into clear plans, timelines, and communications.

Some travel and remote work are involved. The ideal candidate has 5+ years coordinating large-scale trade shows and events, strong vendor relationships, and experience managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs; experience managing a high volume of events is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, event organizers, and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ industry events annually.
• Coordinate end-to-end event lifecycle including research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, and deadlines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Oversee booth logistics, shipping, setup, returns, and related service orders.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution and brand consistency.
