Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to plan and execute participation in 65+ veterinary industry events yearly. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure events deliver strategic value and brand impact.

The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills, with up to 20% travel and a remote-first work setup for approved states in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, events, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years coordinating trade shows, conferences, or large events.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows annually, aligning with Marketing and business priorities.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Oversee booth logistics: shipping, setup, return shipments, and service orders.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support execution.
• Coordinate branded apparel, promotional materials, giveaways, and booth assets.
• Maintain consistent, professional brand presentation across all events.
