Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution for 65+ industry events annually. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics and attendee communications.

Remote role with up to 20% travel; requires strong project management, vendor partnerships and budget oversight to maximize value of event investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Five+ years coordinating trade shows, conferences, or large events.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of 65+ trade shows/events annually.
• Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsor apps, exhibitor contracts.
• Develop event plans, timelines, and readiness communications.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, and returns.
• Partner with organizers, vendors to resolve issues and ensure quality.
• Align branding and attendee engagement across events.
