Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator with 3+ years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy. This role manages relationships with manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners, supporting the Specialty Trade Account Executive and driving growth through operational excellence and retention.

The TCSC collaborates with internal teams to resolve client issues, develop long-term account strategy, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Policy.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily, weekly or monthly meetings to provide status updates and support issue resolution.
• Pull reports and prepare facts-based presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Work with Account Executives on data, strategy and client meetings.
• Ensure plans to mediate unmet guarantees are in place and debrief with internal departments.
• Serve as primary contact for daily tasks, requests, and status inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and elevate escalated issues as needed.
• May travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of time.
• Other duties as assigned.
