Account Control Technology is seeking a Remote Toll Collections Supervisor to lead a collections team from home. The role focuses on meeting revenue goals, maintaining policy compliance, and delivering quality customer interactions.

The position requires experience in collections, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel/Word. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of collections experience required; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong work ethic and ethics-driven leadership.
• Capable of supervising and training staff effectively.
• Collections systems knowledge is a plus.
• Clear communication and time management to meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate expectations, consequences, changes, policies, and procedures.
• Motivate the team to achieve quality standards and goals.
• Monitor floor activity and calls to assist staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback on performance and improvements.
• Handle escalated calls, negotiate, and resolve issues.
• Present, promote, and support new initiatives.
• Project and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.
• Make decisions and act to meet job responsibilities.
• Conduct monthly audits and client reporting as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and client requirements.
• Enforce company policies and progressive discipline when needed.
• Provide feedback to management and suggest process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
