Job summary

Account Control Technology is seeking a Remote Team Lead - Toll to guide a collections team and drive performance in a fully remote capacity. The role reports to management and centers on meeting monthly collection goals, coordinating with clients, and maintaining tight production metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in a collector/production role preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and high ethical standards.
• Ability to supervise and train staff effectively.
• Knowledge of collections systems is a plus.
• Must communicate effectively and manage time to meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds all monthly collection goals set by management.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual goals for each collector by client and type.
• Manage the auto-dialer, letter campaigns and production logs.
• Assist with team meetings and preparation.
• Assist the Collection Manager with daily tasks including strategy, negotiations, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Maintain performance and collection records for all specialists.
• Supervise and train staff; provide training and feedback.
• Analyze overall staff performance for strengths and development needs.
• Provide weekly summaries of activities and accomplishments.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, policies, and laws.
