Job summary

The Colorado Department of Revenue's DMV Vehicle Services Section is hiring a detail-oriented Title Services Clerk. You will handle title and registration inquiries, perform data entry, and assist counties and the public with documents, audits, and record maintenance.

This position requires two years of general clerical or call center experience, strong customer service skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of General Clerical and/or Call Center experience.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service in person, by phone, or online.
• Data entry: entering information into programs/databases (appointments, contact information, customer records).
• Familiarity with office equipment and software (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Apps).

Responsibilities

• Title Auditing: provide guidance on title/registration questions; assist with documents for counties, public, and other government entities; audit for accuracy.
• DRIVES Record Maintenance: review and update motor vehicle records as needed.
• TSU NMVTIS and PORTAL Help Desk: analyze records to identify errors and recommend actions.
