A strong customer-service mindset is essential. This role involves auditing documents, interacting with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Colorado statutes.

Qualifications

• Two years of General Clerical and/or Call Center experience.
• Data Entry including entering information into a program or database.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Google Apps.
• Experience using office equipment and coordinating with the public.

Responsibilities

• Title Auditing: guidance to counties and the public on title/registration questions.
• DRIVES Record Maintenance: review and modify motor vehicle records.
• TSU NMVTIS and PORTAL Help Desk: analyze records to identify errors and actions.
