Blue Compass RV is seeking a Title Clerk to join our team in handling motor vehicle registration and state-required document processing. The role requires excellent organization and attention to detail in filing and document maintenance.

The position offers $22.00/hour with a 5-day work week and benefits. You will manage titling, lien payoffs, inventory records, and daily financial tasks across multiple dealerships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have familiarity with title/registration processes and DMV systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of customer vehicle purchases.
• Process acquisition of Trade titles from original owners.
• Submit and verify completed lien payoffs.
• Handle title transfers to sister dealerships.
• Record and maintain inventory in DMS Accounting System.
• Review deal files for accuracy and submit to Corporate Accounting.
• Reconcile daily bank deposits for dealership.
• Manage AP expense coding and payments.
• Process AR payments for accurate application.
• Assist with inventory receiving and audits.
• Maintain good relations with customers and store staff.
• Answer calls courteously and professionally.
• Handle general office tasks and scheduling.
