Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) seeks a detail-oriented Title Services Clerk for the Vehicle Services Section. You will guide counties and the public on title and registration questions, audit documents for accuracy, and maintain motor vehicle records with precision.

Responsibilities include analyzing NMVTIS data, assisting on the PORTAL help desk, and ensuring compliant data entry. Remote work options may apply with required home office setup and security standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of general clerical or call center experience.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service in a call center or online; interacting with diverse people.
• Data entry into programs or databases (appointments, contact information, customer records).
• Daily use of office tech: email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps.
• Regular use of scanners, printers, copiers, fax machines in office tasks.
• Typing professional emails, letters, reports and memos.
• Reviewing data for accuracy and compiling routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Title auditing and guidance to counties/public on title/registration questions.
• Maintain and modify DRIVES motor vehicle records as needed.
• Analyze NMVTIS data and provide PORTAL help desk support.
• Remote staff must maintain home office and policy adherence; may report to office as needed.
