Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a senior human services leader to supervise Title IV-E case review teams and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. You will coordinate trainings, audits, and client meetings while driving continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires strong data analysis skills (Excel/PowerBI), excellent communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced public sector environment. Remote work option available across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with federal entitlement programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in reviewing Title IV-E cases for compliance with policies.
• Manage Title IV-E eligibility team, supervising staff and activities.
• Direct supervision including training, direction, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and policies.
• Monitor performance to meet contractual responsibilities.
• Use Excel and PowerBI to respond to management requests.
• Pursue continuous improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain QA processes for data and reports.
• Lead client meetings and trainings across settings.
• Maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate across PCG teams to share information.
• Stay updated on Title IV-E laws and share findings.
• Lead or participate in audits and reviews.
• Maintain and update SOPs and training materials.
