US Venture's U.S. AutoForce division seeks a results-driven Business Consultant to expand wholesale tire sales. You will develop sales territory, meet profitability goals, and build lasting relationships with customers.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven account management; travel to customer locations is required occasionally; strong Excel and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in business management, operations and/or sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships.
• Financial acumen to develop and monitor budgets.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to travel as required (occasional overnights).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales territory to meet profitability goals per strategic plan and budget.
• Identify customer requirements and introduce new products to accounts.
