Job summary

Service Tire Truck Center, Inc. is seeking an energetic outside salesperson to grow revenue by expanding new accounts and expanding existing ones. You will deliver tires, coordinate service needs, and utilize our sales process to meet gross profit goals.

You will visit customers, prepare proposals, and manage CRM entries while traveling and supporting the fleet tire programs. A customer-focused mindset and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Integrity and honesty are essential.
• 2+ years of outside sales in commercial tire industry or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and computer use.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and capable of meeting sales targets.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with high level service and recommend best solutions.
• Grow revenue through new account acquisition and existing account growth.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts; identify new sales opportunities.
• Utilize STTC sales process and promote sustainable offerings.
• Coordinate tire deliveries and service needs with the team.
• Enter tire information into Bib Tread Next System.
• Enter customer interactions into the Adam Reach CRM.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Attend sales meetings and company events; adhere to policies.
