Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in timeshare or real estate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to close deals and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior customer service.
• Collaborate across teams to close deals and meet targets.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings via Teams or similar platforms.
• Navigate core programs like Salesforce, Chorus, and RingCentral to support sales activities.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Possess an active state real estate license if required.
• Reside in states where HGV has an active broker relationship.
