Qualifications

• Must have active real estate license (if required).

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working independently and with partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings via Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience; state real estate license if required.
