EmployBridge is seeking a Time Collection Specialist to join our remote team servicing branches across the United States. • Entry-level position requiring strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Excel skills and ability to learn and grow in Excel usage.

Responsibilities

• Collection and balancing of timecards.
• Track, review and monitor incoming timecards to ensure all time is received.
• Monitor and review time records for wage and hour compliance.
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with internal and external clients and departments.
• Maintain consistent communication with the branch on key performance indicators (e.g., error rates, time intake method).
