Exp Group LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our centralized Customer Service & Collections team, handling day-to-day account support and collections for an assigned portfolio and collaborating with Sales and Finance. This remote role serves LATAM and requires Eastern Time business hours.

Fluency in English and proven experience in customer service and collections are essential. You will manage accounts independently, follow standardized credit checks and collection

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service and collections.
• Fluent English required, both written and spoken.
• Able to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support
• Support vendor and customer onboarding
• Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and account holds
• Process invoice adjustments
• Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, following a standardized collections cadence and escalation process
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues
