Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a remote role based in EST or CST time zones. You will manage payroll processing for hourly and salary staff, handle deductions, bonuses, and benefits, and support audits and compliance.

Collaborate with HR and finance, verify inputs, generate reports, and stay current with payroll regulations. Strong Excel skills and experience with Workday are preferred; 8+ years of payroll experience required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Global payroll experience a plus.
• Proficient with payroll software and HCM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and state payroll laws.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly and salary employees, including deductions and benefits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and attendance data.
• Coordinate with HR and finance to gather payroll data.
• Verify inputs and ensure compliance with tax laws.
