Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, utility billing, or ERP Software implementation.
• Minimum one year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent.
• Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Strong knowledge of principles and concepts related to knowledge transfer.
• Familiarity with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and education to clients on software products.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Educate users on software functionality and data entry.
• Document client business model requirements.
• Create custom or existing reports as per client needs.
