Job summary

FOLQS, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand, is hiring to own the entire TikTok operation—from Shop strategy and affiliates to creator partnerships and content pipeline. You will manage performance metrics like GMV and CAC, using AI tools to drive outreach, briefs, and content ideation.

The role is fully remote with overlapping hours for US Eastern Time and a focus on scaling creator networks in wellness and beauty categories.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e-commerce brands or D2C agencies.
• You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV.
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + one platform (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire / Modash / Insense).

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop growth strategy with channel P&L thinking and testing roadmap.
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program with creator onboarding and commissions.
• Develop a scalable creator/UGC acquisition engine for content that drives sales.
• Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community.
