Folqs, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the United States, seeks a TikTok growth lead to own the TikTok Shop end-to-end—affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and the content pipeline that fuels it all. Schedule: Fully remote with 6-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (10am–4pm ET).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate roles for D2C brands or agencies.
• You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV.
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + at least one platform (Social Snowball/GRIN/Aspire/Modash/Insense).
• Volume outreach: 50+ creators per month with data-backed replies.
• Strong written English for creator briefs and outreach.
• Performance-focused with conversions and GMV as metrics, not vanity metrics.
• Daily use of AI tools for outreach, briefs, content ideation and ops.
• Willing to coach and work with founders.
• Bonus: Spark Ads / whitelisted content workflow, existing creator network in wellness/beauty, FTC basics.

Responsibilities

• The overall TikTok Shop growth strategy with P&L thinking, testing roadmap, and prioritization across affiliates, content, and paid media.
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program with creator sourcing, onboarding, commissions, and relationship management.
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates content and creators capable of driving sales.
• Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community.
• FTC-compliant creator briefing.
• Performance reporting: GMV, attributed orders, CAC, creator ROI.
• Affiliate platform ops using Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire or equivalent.
