Job summary

FOLQS is seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own the US growth strategy, ensuring GMV targets and profitability across the Shop ecosystem. You will drive affiliate acquisition, creator outreach, and high-velocity lifecycle management for suppliers and content creators.

The role is a 100% exclusive, full-time remote contractor position with overlapping hours in US ET, focusing on FTC-compliant UGC, paid Spark Ads, and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years scaling TikTok Shop for US D2C brands (in-house or agency).
• Prior success in supplements/health/wellness/beauty mandatory.
• Experience with high-volume creator outreach and tracking workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own US TikTok Shop growth strategy, GMV targets and profitability.
• Build and manage high-volume affiliate engine (outreach, onboarding, retention).
• Maintain Seller Center health, compliance, and inventory syncing.
