Job summary

FOLQS, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand, seeks a remote TikTok growth lead to own the end-to-end strategy for Shop, affiliates, creators and content pipelines. You will drive GMV-focused initiatives, manage platforms, and scale partnerships with a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with founders, leverage AI tools for outreach and briefs, and oversee a full-cycle creator program across 50+ creators monthly, with a strong emphasis on measurable performance and FTC compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e-commerce brands or D2C agencies.
• You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV.
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + one platform (Social Snowball/GRIN/Aspire/Modash/Insense).
• Volume operator — 50+ creators/month outreach, with reply-rate data.
• Strong written English — you brief creators and run outreach.
• Performance-minded — you measure work in conversions and GMV, not followers.
• You live and breathe AI tools — daily use for outreach, briefs, content ideation, ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy with channel P&L thinking and targets.
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program including onboarding and commissions.
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine to drive content and sales.
• Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community.
• Provide FTC-compliant creator briefing.
• Produce performance reports: GMV, orders, CAC, creator ROI.
