FOLQS is a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the US market, seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own the end-to-end ecosystem—from Seller Center health to high-volume affiliate engines and paid growth.

This 100% exclusive, full-time remote contractor role works directly with the founders. You will drive GMV, margin health, content testing roadmaps, and AI-driven workflows to accelerate performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop for US D2C brands.
• Proven success in supplements, health, wellness, or beauty is mandatory.
• Experience with Creator Marketplace, Seller Center, and affiliate tools.
• Comfort navigating TikTok policies and FTC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own US TikTok Shop growth strategy including GMV targets and profitability.
• Build and manage a high-volume affiliate engine with onboarding and retention.
• Maintain Seller Center health, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Develop FTC-compliant creator briefs and high-converting UGC angles.
• Scale top-performing assets via Spark Ads and GMV Max.
• Leverage AI agents to automate sourcing, outreach, reporting, and briefs.
• Own full-funnel analytics: GMV, ROAS, CAC, AOV, Creator ROI, conversions.
