Job summary

FOLQS is seeking a remote TikTok Growth Lead to own the end-to-end TikTok Shop strategy for a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the United States. You will manage affiliate programs, creator sourcing, onboarding, and the content pipeline that drives sales.

The role demands 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate roles, a track record of GMV-driven results, and fluency with TikTok Creator Marketplace and at least one supporting platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e-commerce brands or D2C agencies
• You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + one platform (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire / Modash / Insense)
• Volume operator - 50+ creators/month outreach, with reply-rate data
• Strong written English (you brief creators and run outreach)
• Performance-minded - you measure work in conversions and GMV, not followers
• You live and breathe AI tools - daily use for outreach, briefs, content ideation, ops.
• Coachable - you work alongside the founders
• Bonus: Spark Ads / whitelisted content workflow experience, existing creator network in supplement/wellness/beauty, FTC compliance basics

Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop growth strategy and P&L thinking across affiliates, content, and paid media
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program with creator sourcing, onboarding, and commissions
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine to drive sales
• Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community
• Ensure FTC-compliant creator briefing
• Produce performance reports: GMV, attributed orders, CAC, creator ROI
• Oversee affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire or equivalent)
