Job summary

FOLQS, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand, is seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own and scale the entire TikTok Shop ecosystem. This 100% exclusive, full-time contractor role works directly with the founders to drive health, compliance, and high-volume affiliate engines while optimizing paid growth.

You will own channel P&L, build a high-converting UGC pipeline, and implement AI-driven workflows to maximize performance across the full funnel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing D2C brands or similar consumer platforms.
• Experience managing large-channel growth and affiliate/creator networks.
• Strong data analytics and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own channel P&L and growth strategy for TikTok Shop.
• Manage affiliate and creator acquisition engines.
• Oversee Seller Center operations, compliance and health metrics.
• Develop high-converting UGC pipelines for ads and content.
• Lead paid scaling initiatives (Spark Ads, TikTok GMV max).
• Build AI-automated workflows to optimize campaigns and processes.
• Deliver full-funnel analytics and performance reporting.
