Spreetail is seeking a TikTok Program Coordinator to join our remote operations backbone. You will manage high-volume, repeatable tasks that keep the creator program running smoothly and free Affiliate Managers to focus on relationships and SKU activation.

You should be detail-oriented, excel at data entry, and communicate proactively with a US-based team. Familiarity with CRM tools and creator marketing platforms helps, as does comfort in Excel and maintaining SOPs for fast, accurate execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, administrative coordination, or program support roles.
• High proficiency in English — written communication with US-based team and creators.
• Experience with CRM or database tools — data entry, record maintenance, quality checks.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume tasks.
• Comfortable in Excel and working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume, repeatable tasks to support the creator program.
• Coordinate with Affiliate Managers to maintain data accuracy and SOP adherence.
• Perform data entry, record maintenance, and quality checks within CRM tools.
• Maintain clear communication and meet turnaround commitments with the US team.
• Identify process improvements and implement faster, more reliable workflows.
