Jobot is seeking an experienced Affiliate Growth Manager to drive TikTok Shop affiliate programs and creator partnerships from a remote-first setup in the United States. You will recruit, engage, and scale creator collaborations, manage live commerce initiatives, and optimize revenue through influencer relationships across multiple consumer product categories.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and eCommerce

Competenze

• Proven success managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, or social commerce initiatives.
• Strong understanding of creator recruitment, affiliate ecosystems, and performance-driven growth strategies.
• Experience supporting creator communities and influencer engagement at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience within home, lifestyle, apparel, consumer products, or related categories is highly preferred.
