Job summary

remotepeople is seeking a Senior Affiliate Growth Manager to own and scale its TikTok Shop affiliate program across Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel. You’ll build a creator-driven sales engine, from recruiting creators to running live shopping events and growing a thriving creator community.

This is a 6-month full-time contract with potential for extension based on performance, and we’re offering remote flexibility within the US with an on-site option in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop affiliate management, creator partnerships, or social commerce growth.
• Proven track record driving TikTok Shop GMV (ideally $1M+)
• Hands-on experience recruiting creators and managing creator communities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partnerships.
• Build and scale creator relationships through outreach, collaboration programs, and performance management.
• Manage affiliate campaigns, creator briefs, commission structures, and product seeding.
• Coordinate creator content and live commerce programs.
• Manage creator communication and communities, including on Discord.
• Track affiliate performance, identify top-performing creators, and optimize results.
• Benchmark competitors and category trends to find new growth opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to scale what’s working.
