Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical maintenance knowledge specific to Ryder fleet assets.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve roadside unit breakdowns via telephonic communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for OEM quality and warranty issues.

Responsibilities

• Assess, troubleshoot and remedy vehicle roadside breakdowns with full autonomy.
• Coordinate with RCRC and providers; provide updates and analysis to maintenance team.
